Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to be able to import viewing key(s) for my cold storage wallet(s) into the Zashi app, so that I can keep an eye on all my Zcash balances from one place.

Describe the solution you'd like

When creating a wallet, I should be able to scan a QR code containing a viewing key. This will create a view-only wallet that displays the transaction history and balances corresponding to that viewing key account.
