support adding WBH in the Connect Keystone Hardware flow

Why are we doing this?

• We need to know the WBH to be able to restore the transaction history and people's funds when they connect their Keystone Hardware Wallet. To be able to do so, we need to know the Wallet Birthday Height we shall restore from.

What are we doing?

• Add an extra step to the Connect Keystone Hardware Wallet flow:

  • a user can type in their wallet's WBH

  • a user can have their wallet's WBH estimated based on a month + year of the first received transaction

  • the WBH should be saved as a parameter to import_account_ufvk instead of the current chain tip height

  • Figma Designs: light / dark

• Add a success screen to confirm to the user that their Keystone wallet has been successfully connected

What does success look like?

• Users can successfully restore their transaction history and Keystone Hardware Wallet balance.
