Activating any EdXposed module while having Sui Magisk module installed causes a bootloop. My current workaround is to use Sui 11.5, however I spent a fair amount of time just figuring out what was happening and I'd like it to be easier for the next people.
Judging by this template I'm currently filling out, module conflicts seem far from unheard of. I'm wondering if there's a knowledge-base somewhere with known conflicts, and if it would be possible to put a link to this knowledge-base front and center in the project README.
Ideally, EdXposed could look at the installed magisk modules, auto-detect such conflicts by referring to this knowledge base, and disable itself on an as-needed basis. That may be a lot of eng effort though (I have no knowledge of how any of this ecosystem operates - many thanks for maintaining it by the way)
Would there be a way to prevent the bootloop from occurring in the first place? Or would that require arch changes to EdXposed?
Xposed Module List
Can repro by toggling on one of FakeGapps/CrappaLinks/XPrivacyLua, didn't bother trying with other modules.
Disabling all edxposed modules prevents bootloop from occuring even though both edxposed and sui are loaded in magisk.
Magisk Module List
Riru-Core
Riru-Sui (for any version above 11.6 included)

I was going to create an issue for Sui, but it appears they already looked into it. I'll try and get that team on board detecting conflicts as it sounds like they should be doing so anyways.
