On Magento 2.1.7 after checkout decrease qty in all Locations #9

In Magento 2.1.7 after checkout i notice that product qty in all Stock Ids are decrease,
i need to decrease only actual store view stock qty.

Is this the standard behavior? Or I've missed something?
