There are huge gaps in quality between some of the contributions and with all the changing bits and pieces from EVA main it becomes very, very irritating to try and decipher how some of these are supposed to work and/or improve them.

I'm going to pick on @SuperSniffles for a second. Their contributions are friggin awesome and edges, but the docs around them are sparse. Normally I'm not one to complain about that in the open-source world, but with the lack of any "source" here it really kicked me in the nuts 😆

For example, the XY Cable Chain mod page has a single picture of the front, but doesn't show how the various pieces fit in the carriage. Even looking at the step files I couldn't figure it out.

What was throwing me for a loop was this:

This mod has only been tested with a BMG setup, but should work with all top mounted extruders.

Turns out that's not the case at all. The mod seems to work with only BMG-style extruders (i.e., not Orbiter).

It took me literally bringing the whole EVA carriage into one OnShape assembly for me to figure out how the extruder_mount piece was supposed to work and why it wouldn't work for an Orbiter. I still have no idea how/where xy_cable_chain_stepper_slider goes though.

Just saying could have avoided hours of me fussing around if we just enforce some sort of assembly CAD file like the main EVA project has.

Anyways, sorry for the long rant.

I'll gladly add some cleanup to this specific mod if maintainers will have it, but it'd be awesome if we could make that more of a standard going forward as well
