Floating point min/max for number-slider

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it is not possible to create a number-slider for the interval [0.1, 0.9] in 0.1 steps. It will fall back to [0, 1].

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if the slider min/max values could be floating point values.
