Describe the bug
Open the link to the instructions manual/PDF linked in the Readme.

To Reproduce
Open https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/sites/default/files/document/2017-08/eusurvey_oss_installation_guide_v1_4_0_1.pdf

It just loads infinitely.

Load some PDF:
