Detailed description

Give least_missings user the opportunity to see what the missingness patterns look like for various times

Context

It might not be the case that the most complete dataset is the one a user would want to use. This could provide a way for the user to quickly determine which year of Eurostat data they want to use for the data set considered

Possible implementation

Could use one of plot objects from visdat
