@bouweandela and meslef pinned curl in #3755 so we have Julia install packages back again; the issue with Julia pkgs installs and curl >=8.10 is reported upstream here JuliaLang/Downloads.jl#260 - we should unpin curl (and remove it from our direct dependencies list) ASAP when that issue gets resolved 🍺
