This sounds like fmipp is not installed properly. Which version of Python are you using? |

In principle, this co-simulation setup can be implemented in various ways.
The documentation says "tested with ...", but what it really means is "very likely will not work with any other version than ...". It is also very important to be consistent in using either 32-bit applications or 64-bit applications:
