Basis status error on return from postsolve

For afiro Row 9 (variable 41) has [lower, value, upper]=[-inf,1e-14,0] but postsolve returns basis status kLower.

This gets fixed when calling the simplex solver but, when highs_debug_level=2 or force_debug = true; in HighsSolutionDebug.cpp line 1470, a call to debugHighsSolution yields a call to getKktFailures and exposes the error.
