We currently have the issue that when using a dev version of ol, e.g. 9.2.5-dev, it doesn't fit the requirements of the peer dependencies like ol-stac and ol-pmtiles which don't allow prerelease tags; for reference see https://github.com/npm/node-semver?tab=readme-ov-file#prerelease-tags or try out the calculator at https://semver.npmjs.com/.

This turns out to be a problem since in the future we possibly want to use the latest features of ol which only come in a dev release for some time.
