Ping location for allies #147

Allow pointing a position (like a vent) and it shows up like a waypoint for allies.

Should be a bind like +ping or something.
It should probably show name of who pinged it below it.
Also possibly add in minimap too
Maybe add cvar for others to disable it personally.
