With the new NS version, I try to launch HLDS and get "game API not found". Library list (LibList) is correct, but the server will not start.
Do I possibly need HLDS ns.dll?

If you're using the HLDS that's listed on steam it's a broken version valve never fixed. HLDS needs to be installed via steamcmd. Once that's installed, install HLDS within steamcmd, then the ns folder in the hlds folder. You should then be able to launch an ns server by selecting Natural Selection in the HLDS.exe UI.

I am already using the latest version of HLDS from SteamCMD, but still get error. I used SteamCMD to verify the files also.

When is the error shown? How are you launching the server? Have you tried launching a HLDM server and another mod or the release binaries hosted here instead of your own? Sorry there's not much to go off of, but it sounds like it's probably a simple filesystem issue.

The error happens when I launch HLDS, I have also tried Re:HLDS, but it is the same issue. I can run vanilla NS 3.2.0 and HL on the server just fine.
