What it’s solving:
I’ve exclusively received spam through sec-feedback—since the feedback form (https://sec.eff.org/feedback) is able to receive feedback easily and cleanly, I’d prefer that to be the main way people can leave comments.

I chatted about this with folks during a security education meeting and got +1’s to go through with this change.
