Poor Trackpoint Scrolling

Hi there, just wanted to check and see if anyone else was having issues with dreadfully slow trackpoint scrolling? I've had to set my scrolling to the highest allowed in System Preferences but it's still really slow. I'm using Big Sur. I've tried changing the Info.plist in the PS2Trackpad.kext but I couldn't seem to get anything to change.
