During CI run only CPU modules and not the GPU modules are found

The CI starts running from a host where their often is no GPUs. So when EESSI is sourced from their the GPU path does not get appended to the MODULEPATH. Because of this it is at the moment only testing OSU-Micro-Benchmarks/7.2-gompi-2023a-CUDA-12.1.1 in Gent because this one is also installed in the CPU Path.
