sampleSizeValue, sampleSizeUnit - can these be easily gleaned from location_ancillary? #91

these fields could describe a sampling area (e.g., quadrat, transect). that info is in location_ancillary. but might be hard to pull out without a complete measurement description (e.g., mapping to external vocab to easily identify them)

@mobb This information is missing from most L0 datasets we've processed at EDI. NEON and other contributors may have this info. Should we make your proposal a shared practice?
