add chapter on meta analysis?

Per a discussion in the LTER IM Slack channel...

Use case: researcher has pulled data from figures and tables of numerous publications to perform a meta analysis and wants to archive the data they compiled to inform their analysis (so that their analysis is reproducible). There are no BP's in this area (that I'm aware of).
