When doing load-balancing, the different fields (E, B, J, etc.) are redistributed, but the PML are not (note that the PML use a different distribution mapping in general).

This is not a bug but might affect performance, esp. when we try to keep the PML distribution mapping similar to the regular distribution mapping.
