This issue was raised as part of the follow RT ticket: https://helpdesk.ebi.ac.uk/Ticket/Display.html?id=390419

For the "venous malformation" term, I understand the authority of
CliVarXRefs curation. But the problem is, for this particular term,
ZOOMA points to something doesn't exist in OLS, which is also not an
ontology term.

When ZOOMA directs it to OLS by adding
"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/search?exact=true&q=" to the IRI, it returns
no results.
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/search?exact=true&q=http://identifiers.org/medgen/C2937220

As a ZOOMA UI user, it is a bit confusing when ZOOMA points me to an
empty link. (though I can still access the term using
http://identifiers.org/medgen/C2937220. Also, it works fine in ZOOMA API)
