Curation - LS AAI issue workaround by whitelisting curator emailId

As a workaround to the LS AAI issues we have decided to create a new Google account for curators allowing them to bypass login restriction through Email whitelists , the code changes to handle this Email whitelist will be made for Deposition & Depo Curation code base.
