Hi, ISA-Tab files can (and should ...) contain Ontology terms if possible.
This is lost on the MetaboLights HTML rendering.

A possibility would be a mouse-over showing which ontology,
term ID and name an ontology term has.
This should be linked to the corresponding OLS page of the term.

Maybe the ISA team or the OLS team have code snippets to render CV terms ?
