Enhancement: Ship the validation as docker container

Hi, just preparing another submission, and it would be a great help
if I could get the output of the "Study Validation" locally, to avoid
having to re-upload and observe the (hopefully) fixed validation issues.
A container image would be great for that. Also in the context of Phnmnl WP8.
