Adding "from dask.distributed import Client" #29

I added from "dask.distributed import Client" in line 20 of run_og_phly.py. Also browsed the output in localhost:8787 in the browser. Attached are the screenshots of the output after running the 23 iterations of the transition path.

I'm using a windows machine with intel core i5 10th gen processor and 8 GB RAM
