Vilicus is a simple app that you can use to keep a grocery/shopping list. "List Items" shows you all of your custom Items and allows you to define new ones. "Update Items" allows you to specify the quantity (> 0) that you need for any Item, effecitvely "adding" a new Item to your current shopping List. "Delete Items" allows you to delete any custom Item from your List.
