- Since this release was created with bosh v2, it can't be uploaded with bosh v1 (this is a limitation of bosh v1 itself)
Note: This is release is equal to v0.5.1, it's just the version bump for the GA release.

Notes:
- Run oneagenthelper as separate monit job (only if starthelper is set)
- oneagent is now started initially with a pre-start script to get it running earlier
Known limitations:
- uploading the release with bosh v1 seems to fail sometime. Using bosh v2 to upload the release solves this problem
