For example, each KeyPress event should wait for a Proceed.

{"Event":{"EventName":"KeyPress","ID":"F1.E1","EventID":"3911c09c-fc83-4d8e-b080-2083149d975c","Info":["2",50,50,0]}}

responded to with

{"EC":{"EventID":"3911c09c-fc83-4d8e-b080-2083149d975c","Proceed":0}}

would block.

This should not be looked at until #300 has a solution.
