The bug is related to conflicts with mods such as Draconic Evolution, Ice and Fire, and FTB Chunks. 1.20.1

If you're confused about Draconic Evolution, FTB Chunks (Forge), and Ice and Fire: Dragons, a loading error occurs. Error code 1. If you disable FTB Chunks, Draconic Evolution and Ice and Fire: Dragons works. If you disable Draconic Evolution, Ice and Fire: Dragons and FTB Chunks work. If you disable Ice and Fire: Dragons. then Draconic Evolution and FTB Chunks (Forge) work. The screenshots are attached.
