Do you need 3 APs for room level location accuracy?

I'm planning a remodel and utilizing ceiling mounted Unifi APs, I like the idea of room level accuracy, but given the small size of the condo, we only need 2 of the ceiling mounted APs, can you still do high confidence room level position with only 2 APs?
