"Conveyor GUI interfaces may invoke an action through one of two basic API call control types. An 'immediate control' invokes an immediate and synchronous REST call with no further user input. An 'option control' brings up a confirmation modal giving a brief description of the action to be performed and giving the user the option to:

• Execute the action in background.
• 'Cancel' the action.
• Execute the action in foreground
• Execute the action in background with notice."
