All settings being distinct between users

Description

It would be great to have all of the settings for users be distinct rather than shared between them, such as autoplay options

Alternatives

This was implemented in sync for Reddit and worked really well

Additional context

I think it would be great as it would allow for different use cases between different users are used for different purposes
