The functionality to welcome people to DoES relies on a PHP script that is hosted on a site of mine that no longer runs PHP. It's not a great solution (using a PHP JSON-P proxy) so it would be nice if we could find a different solution.

FWIW I moved the script to a new server of mine, still not ideal but it's functioning again.
