Add a line to the DoES welcome screen that shows days since the last injury.

Bonus points for hooking a sensor to the first aid box hook that detects when it's removed and updates the screen automatically.

At some point I mention the "time-since-last" node-red flow that I've got running. The idea being that it could subscribe to specific mqtt streams, so messages would reset the last event in the database. No reason that I couldn't add a metadata field so it could include an injury code.

It would mean the doorbots would have to pull some json from a RPi on the network. And knowing that the Pis often drop off the network, some local storage might be a good idea. Would that be feasible?
