Make a sidebar of the "friends list" of identity commitments, and if you have friends names that match an identity commitment then their name would show up in the member list instead of the idc.

We can implement a store that maps an idc to a string

@blakecduncan if you want to work on this one go for it. I'm not sure about the UI/UX of it, but the implementation should be pretty straight forward. For the UI/UX, you can do whatever you think makes sense.
