Paddle objects "jump" across screen with 6.6.0

Hello, not sure if this firmware is still actively being worked on but with versions 6.6.0., paddles are still experiencing issues and no amount of changing the options seems to fix it. My particular set of paddles are confirmed working on original hardware (I cleaned the potentiometers) and they do not experience jitter. However, on the Retron 77, when I move the paddle wheel to the right, the object I'm moving stops at a particular spot and then jumps to the very right of the screen. This happens with the Ranger controller too. Other users have reported these same issues here:
