JEID NBT issue

Issue: JEID has a NBT ID incompatibility with certain recipes with the Cylic mod, the NBT of the recipe containing an ID that is correct, but that the game does not interpret as such. JEID will not even recognize the recipe or item as a valid item

seems that JEID may have created conflicts with the IDs of cyclic enchants, since multiple are registered with 102, it that messes up any recipes that use enchantment ID 10
