v8.22.0-rc3 freezing at launch

On macOS silicon, running the latest test build, I am noticing that the QT app tends to freeze at launch for a minute or two on this screen:

Also, while DigiByte Core has synced successfully, I am frequently encountering the spinning beach ball when trying to interact with the app. It is not very responsive.

Has anyone else encountered these issues? Either on Mac silicon or other platforms?

I see that on Windows too. It doesn't freeze there for long, but I do see it.

Are people still having this issue, It might freeze for a few seconds on launch for me, but no different than any other app on my mac when loading. Seems normal to me.
