"CGROUPS_MEMORY: missing" since 4.14 kernel update #96

When I try to "join" an existing Kubernete cluster (thanks to the command "kubeadm join") with an hypriot node setup with the latest hypriot 64 release (v20180429-184538, https://github.com/DieterReuter/image-builder-rpi64/releases/tag/v20180429-184538), I get a 'CGROUPS_MEMORY: missing' issue (exact error message: "[ERROR SystemVerification]: missing cgroups: memory").
As I don't have the same issue with the v20180428-133841 build (https://github.com/DieterReuter/image-builder-rpi64/releases/tag/v20180428-133841), I am suspecting the commit b9b4381 to be the root cause of the pb.
