There's a set of tools in dials_research that convert CBF image files into HDF5 with NeXus file. These are based on pycbf. It would be useful to find an alternative (FabIO, GEMMi, ???) and add these tools to the package.

pycbf is now on pip, so there is no immediate need to look for an alternative, just fix the existing scripts.
