Devices have been reintroduced as command line arguments in the edm shell commands in #526 due to an issue with inject in blueapi. eg

blueapi -c config.yaml controller run plan_name '{"device1": "device1", ...}'

They should be removed once there's a released fix to this issue.

See blueapi#647 and blueapi#633 for reference.

Acceptance Criteria

  • We can remove the devices from the plan arguments in the edm and when run the plans cas correctly find the devices and run.
