As a developer, I need to standardise the terms in this codebase that are used interchangeably to describe the log level. #29 (comment)

Acceptance Criteria

Choose terms used to describe the log level according to the Graylog API.
Standardise all application terms that are distinguishable for a developer to make it easier.
