PR #428 was such that the three checkboxes were completed, yet the job was failing: https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/httomo/actions/runs/10814287220/job/30000385021?pr=428

The line:

Error: Resource not accessible by integration

sounds like maybe it's a permissions issue or something?
