This is a prank virus
on next boot you are open virus again and virus show you a note.txt
and on note say you cannot kill the virus
you can stop virus Using this code on cmd
taskkill /f /im MEMZ.exe /t

No fucking shit it can delete system32, its a malicious Trojan that bricks your PC if you try and use task manager on it.
