Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem with dual wielding is it ruins the point of maul blade, ruins everything block priority tries to achieve (blocks become 300% easier), and allow for weapon combinations that shouldn't be allowed and usually are not in tournaments like spear and dagger.

Describe the solution you'd like
The best solution I would like is to honestly get rid of dual wielding completely, I know that won't ever happen so I would like to suggest only being able to dual wield 1 handed weapons. So stuff like polearms, katana and maul staff are not able to be dual wielded with. Then for cases like shield just give it its own role finally so you can use other weapons with it like polearms or maul or katana.

Additional context
Something needs to be changed about dual wielding because currently its just not fun to fight at all, it amplifies the bugs and issues by 1,000.
