Design other sections of the Landing Page

Issue Description

The hero section of the landing page has been designed. Now, the other sections of the website need to be designed in accordance with the selected hero section design, so as to maintain a consistent design style throughout the website.

What is to be done

There are 5 sections that need to be designed. Note that you will have to design for both large (PC/laptop) as well as small (mobile) screen sizes for the section you are designing. The sections to be designed are as follows :-

1. Achievements/Accomplishments: Successful events conducted by our club.
2. About: Brief introduction to the club, its mission, and its vision.
3. Team: Introduce the core team members with names, roles, and pictures. Add links to their LinkedIn profiles.

If you want to design on a specific section, mention that in the comments along with your Figma email, and send an access request to the Figma link.

Steps to Complete

• Request to get yourself assigned to the issue, along with providing your email used in Figma.
• You will now be given access to the Figma file.
• Go to https://www.figma.com/design/ax6G9a86UI1JvxOTyYe0gA/DEVSOC-Landing-Page?node-id=0-1&t=VXoFDR6hoSsWA3Sd-1 and unleash your creativity.
• After you are done with your designing, download the Figma frame and add it to the 'designs' folder, with your name in the filename. If there is no 'designs' folder, create one.
• Also, add your name to the contributors.txt file.

Hey guys this is Gourav,
So since Amartya bhaiya told me to share my vision with my fellow classmates/collaborators, because of course nobody knows with what mindset i made and what are my future plans for this. So here are some of ideas i will be sharing with you all, you don't need to follow along everything or anything you can be creative and create whatever you wish to...just try to match with the theme because i don't think it will look great with all sorts of artistic splashes 😅.

• So first of all for the Achievements/Accomplishments section i was planning to make 3 horizontal cards in the section itself and 1 fading out which would give a feeling of like there's more to see with a swipe icon of course. The cards will contain all the achievements and accomplishments ~ names/headings and details and upon hovering over it the card will like sort of open with a zoomin animation and it will become more or less like a focused one on your screen containing images and momentos or whatever our seniors say. (Don't worry the animation part will be handled by Amartya bhaiya👀 we just have to do till what the cards will contain).

• Next the About section ~ I think it should be simple for readability like i was planning to do the container design, as bhaiya told that we need to give a briefing about our club and then our mission and vision so we will containerize these things, the left side will contain the briefing and top right will contain our mission and then just below it our vision or maybe vise-versa. This will be a kind of simplistic looking design for clarity ~ Of course if you have some other unique ideas you can go with that.

• For the Team Introduction section i was thinking of creating a bold headline with gradients at first then maybe a thin text below it. And then all the portrait images in a square box or maybe rectangular depending upon the number of people we have to show their then, the names, roles and linked profile link can be added just below their picture or we can also do the famous hovering ones in which as we hover over the person, the picture just flips or a silde up animation comes with all the details.

• For the footer it should simple with all our socials and ways to connect like email, number etc etc. copyright, report button and an icon to like go back to the hero section in an instant.

The colour palettes i used are:

⚠️As i told these things are just for your clarity you don't need to follow everything even i am not gonna follow everything i wrote 😂 ,you can be creative as much as you want and create your own uniqueness. This will just help you get a basic idea of how we can approach this.

Just work on one section for now, and design it for both large and small screen sizes. After that, you may start with the next section.
