SkyNx Stats and variable bitrates!

Changes:
Allowed some bitrate variation to help those with stuttering.
Fixed the audio filter making the sound a little quite and muffled.
Automatically set enconding buffer based on chosen bitrate.
Add fps and bitrate monitor.
Added a stats panel with a FPS graph.
Added better status bar text.
Greately reduced the size of the streamer.
Fixed improper tooltip.

Notes:
The streamer has updated but the app has not. You can use the V0.6 releases app.

Added console to streamer app for bug reports.
Fixed built in audio driver.
Drivers auto install on first use of streamer app.
Better console logging.
Less video stutter on apps end.

Both the streamer and the app has updated. Please update both to the latest verison

SkyNx HUGE Performance improvements.

There are no changes in the streamer in this version. If you downloaded 0.4 then you already have the latest version.

Updates:
Fixes for high cpu usage in main loop.
Fixes for audio crackling. Though It is still there in small amounts. Will be working on this more next.
Fixed animation smoothing for bubble physics.

SkyNx UI Update!

Finished up the UI.

Will still beautify it more later but for now it looks good enough.
On to bug fixing.

Beggining to get rid of the desktop recorder requirement

Streamer UI Update!

Instructions:
(Optional) Install Screen Capture Recorder to have audio.

1. Set desktop and game resolution to 1280 X 720.
2. Open SkyNXStreamer-win32-x64/SkyNXStreamer.exe
3. Launch SkyNX on switch.
4. Put the IP showed on the app into the streamer.
5. Select a streaming quality.
6. Click start streamer.

Notes:
When the streamer conencts it will try to connect the switch as a virtual xBox controller. If the driver is not installed, It will install it automatically at this point.

If for some reason it keeps prompting to install, or the controllers don't work. Try the following steps.

1. Restart windows, and launch it again.
2. If it still is not working. And you have previously used In-Home-Switching, Try removing the ScpDriverInterface that In-Home-Switching installs. You can use the installer that came with ti to uninstall it, or get it here.

SkyNx 0.0.1

Instructions:
(Optional) Install Screen Capture Recorder to have audio.

1. Set desktop and game resolution to 1280 X 720.
2. Edit StartExe.bat and put in your switches IP address.
3. Click StartExe.bat to start listening for switch.
4. Launch SkyNX on switch.

Finish streamer UI to replace StartExe.bat.
