We can potentially merge Video and Detail together in the options menu by consolidating space and moving resolutions to their own submenu. This will free up a slot in the ui list for Accessibility without adding more to it.
For the Accessibility ui, we can add some options for photosensitive players like ship wiggling (the up and down bobbing) and explosion flashes.
