Requirements

Check if type is xlsx and if not ignore workbooks entirely
Add an attribute to spreadsheet instance called workbooks that contains each workbook and list of instances to serialize in each workbook
Find way to deserialize multiple workbooks with options to deserialize into multiple lists or single list combined with everything

Nice to have

Allow different class types per workbook
