Putting this here as it's a cross project thing. This is on firefox on ubuntu. But same issue exists on Chrome. Think it's just transparency around the logo on website and wcivf, plus EE using the old logo.

While favicon files live here, links to those live in individual project repos; will create issues there and link here.
